Viewpoint is Hartlepool Borough Council's citizen's panel that was set up in the summer of 1999 to help local people to become involved in the Council decision making processes.
The panel consists of approximately 1,200 residents who are a representative cross section of the Hartlepool community (by age, location, ethnicity, economic activity etc). Viewpoint members complete about three surveys a year on council issues along with other local matters such as health and policing, to enable us to gain their views and opinions.
Only Viewpoint members will be able to answer Viewpoint surveys online. However, anyone may look at the results of past Viewpoint surveys.
